I didn't think I could love any poetry collection more than I loved The Princess Saves Herself In This One. I should've known Witch would hit my expectations and then burn past them.
While reading I screenshotted so many poems in this collection, after counting; more than half.
This book is filled to the brim with inspiring content that made me want to put on red lipstick and a pretty black dress and smash the patriarchy with my bare hands.
Amanda has a way with words that reach into your tender spots and ignite your worth. I'm the most empowered, always, when I'm reading. This book delivers exactly what I needed to start off both my day today and my year with my first read of 2018.
Many of this poems will stay with me forever, burned in my mind like the witches themselves.
I cannot reccomend this book enough. I don't want to say anymore, because I think you should just pick it up for yourself.
